Can I being going through menopause?

About 3 months ago I had a scare I was told that I had hpv come to find out it was old and that after doing a biopsy everything was fine. My question is I had my daughter about 4 yrs ago. I almost lost my life in the process but I made it. You see eight days after giving birth I was rushed to the ER b/c I was bleeding uncontollably I had to have two surguries for thwm to stop the bleeding but by the grace of God they did. I have been feeling weird ever since Ican just look up to the clouds and start crying I sometimes have feelings of death and destruction , I am tired all of the time and I get very irritable . About three yrs ago I went for a checj and the Dr. told me that b/c of all the scaring I would probably not be able to conceive again so I am wondering could I have started menopause early. I am 31 yrs old with hardly a period at all. I can feel happy one moment and sad the next. I hate feeling like this beause I can not seem to get a handle on it. I love life and I love my family.Can someone help me.
