I need a long-lasting good quality eyeliner?

I hate the liquid pens. I use Telescopic liquid liner. It has a felt tip that's angled, so it makes it a lot easier to apply. If you're not used to liquid liner, start by applying stick liner first.(You can just use any cheap one since it's giong on first.)Then, go over it with your liquid liner. It keeps it from coming off and it stands out a lot better than stick liner. Good Luck!
