I took a cardio kickboxing cl at the gym and felt fine during and after the cl (there were some jump kicks), but a couple days later I noticed my ankles were sore when I tried to go running. I still ran on the treadmill, but had to cut it short due to the pain. It's bearable to walk around, but it's getting progressively worse.... should I get a brace for them? put cold or heat compresses? see a doctor? I've never felt anything like this and I don't want to stop exercising but the pain is getting worse- any help is appreciated....
