Broken or bursied??????????

Last week i started running in , barefooted, on kitchen tile for 20 mins. (just to get a little exercise), and i guess i only used the of feet cause ever since monday my feet have been in severe pain! i cant walk on the of my feet with it hurting, so have to walk on the sides of my feet so that i could lift the bottom of feet off the ground. if i lift my toes it hurts, if i spread my toes it hurts. walkin up and downstairs is B****!!! and if i press on top of my foot it hurts a little.
