I am not sure if I really understand this. Are you trying to ask who are the best coaches who have never won a Super Bowl, because there are plenty of people on here that have won not only one but multiple amounts. Joe Gibbs in the HOF, he won 3 super bowls. Same will Belichik he won three Super bowls. If your talking about the best on this list that just lost one. I would have to sayGeorgee Allen. He would be a HOF'er if he won a championship. He did what Joe Gibbs did, justcouldt bring in a Ring.
