My itouch wont work the apple sign just wont get out of the screen?

okay i jaillbreaked my itouch 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 so i try reseeting it and i did it tru the ipod setting and this apple sign came on but wont leave since yesterday.. what can i do guys i need help... what can i do to make it work again.. thank in advance guys
