What should i get my 20 year old brother for christmas?

he is in college. likes to play video games but does not have a system himself, his roommates do however, he drives a prelude, but it already has everything like tint, subs, etc. he wears nice clothes like express and stuff. Im very at a loss. If your a guy similar to this.... what would you want?!?!
