My test results from dr what does it mean?

well dr called me just a while ago and got the rest of my results back. my blood pregnancy test is negative. my thyroids is good and my hormones that tell him about menopause and how good of eggs i produce are all good but however my LH was very high he says he wasn't expecting it to be sooo high . he wants me to come back in a week and see what they are in a week. he said if they have dropped then he is putting me on clomid but if still high then he will do another blood pregnancy test so i dont know what all this means . does he think i couold have o'ed and gotten preggers but its too soon to tell on any test or what? he said which ever one it is he caught it just as it happened because they are really high. what are your thoughts? has it happened to you? please help lol
