What is the LATEST someone can get an abortion?!? :/?

It is called a partial birth abortion. They are legal some places, and illegal in others. There is a certain spot in hell for people like her. It is just not right to do this. I disagree with early abortions, partial birth abortions are sick and masochistic. The baby partially comes out, and they snip the spinal cord near the brain and suck out the heads contents. It makes me sad. :o(
