Fridge not cooling correctly?

i use to hear the compresser kicking in but have not noticed it for sometime now. Freezer and cooler are still working but not as well as they did before. Meat is starting to slowly thaw. Could this be a clogged tube? If so is there a way to fix this with out calling someone to fix this?
