I need fantasy football trade advice (very urgent)?

I was offered a trade in my 10 man fantasy football league today. I would be recieving DeAngelo Williams, Jamaal Charles, and Greg Jennings and i would be trading away Maurice Jones Drew, the panthers Steve Smith and Donald Brown. I need immediate help Please!!! thanks
