Predator 500 for kawasaki 900zxi?

i want to no if i will get ripped off or not. i own a 2006 polaris predator 500 troy lee edition its in very good condition brand new rear tires put them on the bike and rode it for 5 min also brand new front bumper put on same time as tires and skid plate (not on yet) and i want to trade for a 1996 kawasaki 900 zxi its in amazing condition not a scratch on it has a solos hi performance prop and carbs were rejetted also comes with cover and bandit trailer (looks brand new) no rust and is adjustable. is that an even trade or am i getting ripped off?
