What do these words mean in Romeo & Juliet?

The Prince is ticked off because brawls between the household retainers of the two families keep breaking out on the streets/in the markets. He and his guard break up the latest brawl and then he delivers his rebuke to all the parties concerned. He tells them to throw their weapons to the ground and listen to him. He basically tells them that all their fighting is ridiculous and he's sick of it, and if it continues, the person(s) fighting are going to be put to death.
